Last week I was lucky enough to go along with Nico to one of our local farms (Dakin Dairy). I had been with Nati in years past so more than the field trip itself, I was looking forward to seeing Nico in his element and interacting with his little friends — there is something so magical and cute about their interactions and I loved having a chance to “peek” into it.
I was also excited because I was able to take Santi with us and I know he was excited too because he is in that stage where he idolizes Nico and wants to do EVERYTHING Nico does, so he was stoked he got to go.
It was a great time. The kids learned so much and had so much fun walking around the farm, petting animals and playing in their playground. One of my highlights was seeing what an amazing brother Nico was to Santi. The entire time he wanted to make sure Santi was ok, making sure he did not fall behind, etc… During parts of the tour he reached out to him to hold his hand to walk with him. Loved it. So blessed to have such an amazing relationship.
